Our 10th day on the Coral Princess was for most part another lazy day as we cruised from the Cayman Islands to Ft. Lauderdale. Part of the time was spent reading and editing photos like on our other days at sea. We had to pack our suitcases in preperation for leaving the ship the next morning.
However there was one on-board event that we found quite interesting. The Excutive Chef and Maitre D'Hotel put on a cooking demonstation followed by a tour of the kitchen. That was something that we had never seen on previous cruises. Danielle took several pictures on her phone, some of which are shown below. The kitchens were not very busy during the tour - the timing of the tour was probably intentional.
We especially appreciate the Excutive Chef, Eddie De Leon from the Philipines. Danielle and one of our table mates both have issues with gluton and soy. One evening, the chef prepared some gluton and soy free souffles for our table. They were outstanding!
